Printing Word 2000 labels from mail merge

I have been printing merged 30 to a page labels from my existing computer and
printer for some time. A few weeks ago the merged labels started to "drift"
down the page until they were pushing the city, state and zip off the page.
How can I get them to stay on the page? I merge to a new document and print
from there, so I am not merging and printing straight to the printer. In the
print preview they look just fine, but when I print them, they drift,
starting about 1/2 way down the page.
Thank you for your help.

Not a Word problem if it looks okay in Print Preview. Your printer is
probably having difficulty feeding the label stock properly. You might
try cleaning the paper feed rollers. If your labels come on a
shiny/slippery backing, you might try switching to a different brand of
labels that come on a less shiny/slippery backing.

Garfield is probably correct in his diagnosis, however does the problem
occur if you run Word in its safe mode (hold CTRL whilst starting Word)? If
not then this would suggest you have added a header to normal.dot. Check
also that your paper sizes match in the page setup and the printer setup and
you have no zoom setting in the print dialog.

I don't believe you can start Word 2000 in Safe Mode using Ctrl. I suspect
it will be necessary to start it with the /a switch.
