Printing won't work as restricted user for one user

I have a win-xp box with five restricted user accounts and one
administrator. I'm using an Accton AC IG-1004 gateway router and an Epson
C61 printer. I've got the whole thing properly configured.

I'm able to print from all except one of my user accounts - which is a
restricted account.

If I turn the user account into an administrator account the printing works,
but if I revert back to a restricted account it doesn't.

I'd like to keep using restricted accounts as a security measure.

I've tried reinstalling the driver and deleting and re-creating the user
account but no luck.

Any ideas?

This has generally been seen on XP Home with a Symantec (Norton) antivirus
product.

Go into the Control Panel, click on Printers and Faxes and right click on
the Printer and select Properties. In the Advanced tab, click on Print
Direct to Printer instead of the default which would be using the Print
Spooler.
