Printing woes

When i go to print either a Tiff or pdf, all of a sudden a drop down box appears that says "output file name" anyone know what this means??
 
Sounds like you're trying to print to a PDF printer instead of a physical
printer..... Check in the Printers & Faxes section of the Control Panel...
ensure your 'real' printer is set as default.
