printing with shadows

help, i am printing emails from hotmail and they come out looking double
printed or fuzzy or with shadows. how can i fix this problem. the test page
prints fine so it is not the printer. it only happens in the body of the
emails i print
 
Before printing, click File then click Print Preview. If the Preview is
correct without shadows, then it is your printer settings causing the problem.
