Printing w/ Gridlines

I have 2 user computers both running Windows XP Pro. When
they print using gridlines, the rows creep up the page and
end up leaving an entire blank row at the bottom. This
happens whether or not I print to an HP 4000 or HP 6P.
And this doesn't happen on my machine also running the
same OS. Any thoughts??
 
Hello Heather,

Make sure they have the printer set for 600dpi in Excel.
