Printing to multiple forms from one set of data

I run the shipping department at work and would like to know if it is possible to configure access to print a delivery ticket, packing list and a box label from one set of data. each form printed would contain similar data yet not neccesarily the same, or at least in different orders. The data to be used would be input at the time of use (i.e. when an order is ready to ship). The data would be entered prefferably into a wizard type form that would ask for data as you go and when complete would ask which forms are needed, automatically insert data into predesigned fileds and print the form on the appropriate printer. Can something like this be done with access or maybe another office product or should I look at some third party product.
Any help in this regard would be greatly appreciated.

Paul,

Access is the correct tool for this. Your database would need several tables to
hold the data because the data in each document is different but related. You
would then need a form with a couple of subforms to enter the data. For
flexibility you would then need another form where you select the order to pront
and the documents to print. Each document would be a separate report in the
database. If you need help setting up the database, contact me at my email
address below.
