Printing to local printer from TS session

I have a Dell A960 and I've tried not installing the print driver on the
server and installing the print driver on the server. I can't get it to
print. When the print driver is not installed on the server the printer
doesn't get added to the print list. When I add the print driver to the
server it addes the prints. But when I print to it, even with using word
with the word "hi" only it sends the file to the printer that I can see but
it doesn't print. I've seen postings in here about being TS compatable but I
can't find out if the A960 is compatible. Please help.

Thanks for your response. I'm going to try this but if this doesn't work can
you recommend a low price printer to be used in a terminal server environment?
