printing the url at the bottom of the page

How do I turn on and turn off the printing of the page's
url at the bottom of each page when I print a page using
IE 6.0?

try this.........
in document
file -> page setup
clear the header/footer boxes.

hope this works....probably good for only one
printing

second document might have to re-set.
there is no place in printer properties for this.

But How do I turn off the printing of the headers and footers in the code html??
I can't say to the user to "in the document go to menu file>page setup....

YOU CAN'T! Image the security problems that would exist if it were possible
to change a computer user's settings simply by rendering an HTML page ?!
