Printing IE page footers

Perhaps you, Gentle Reader, can help me remember how to
turn off the printing of page footers in IE. I wish to
control whether or not the URL appears at the bottom of
the page when I print from IE 6. Sincere appreciation to
you for your help.

IE>file menu>page set-up?
 
File > Page Setup
pick [?]
pick header/footer box
move cursor inside yellow box
press/pick Alt+PrintScr
open empty "wordpad" document
right-pick - paste
save document for future reference
