Printing teacher's and students' notes in MS Word 2007

Michael

As a teacher, I like to prepare notes for my students with blank spaces and
less info than I use on my own notes. Is there a way to make one file that
will print a student version (w/o skipping some words) and also a teaching
version. Perhaps the best way is with endnotes for the teacher (since the
page formatting will still look right) but I'd rather the little endnote
indicators "i", "ii", ecc., not show up).
Thanks for your help!

You can format the Endnote Reference style with hidden text. Then print a
copy for your students.

Before printing your own copy, either choose to print hidden text or clear
the hidden attribute from the style.

If you really want to leave blank spaces (for them to add their own notes),
format your "personal" notes as white, then print. You can create a specific
paragraph style for those notes and toggle the font color in the style
depending on which version you want to print.
