Printing tables correctly

When I print the table I have created in Access 2000, the text in some of the
fields has "moved" within the field. It does not show this on the screen,
just on print preview and when I actually print. I do not know why this is
happening or how to fix it. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!!!

If you want real control over how your data prints, create a report.
The Report Wizard does a surprisingly good job, especially if you use a
query to pick out the important fields. Run it several times, fiddling
with the options until you get something close to what you need; then
you can fiddle with the report in Design View. Google is your friend
here - there are a few videos if you search video.google.co.uk for
"access report wizard", like this:
