Printing slides and handouts

I have a series of 15 slides in a presentation. Some of
the slides in this presentation I would like to print in
full slide view and some slides I would like to print in
handout view. I can individually select each slide to get
this done, however, I need to print out 500 copies and I
want to avoid collating each set by hand.

Is there a way in powerpoint, that will allow me to print
my slide presentation in various modes in a set of 500?

Print it once, and then photocopy 499 times to me would be the easiest.
