Printing Report/Label to Okidata ML320

I am having an issue printing to an okidata ML320.

I can print normal reports fine, but when it comes to a report that is
formated for 4 inches wide and 2 inches in height, that will print onto a
label. It will print the first 4 labels just fine, then skip 2 labels and
then print again but not align back up.

I tried using the labels function in Access, but it prints only 2 lines of
the first page and then constantly feeds labels until you turn the machine
off.

Anyone have any idea how I can resolve this issue?
