Printing problems

I have problem that everytime I try to print a picture the porgram freezes up
when I hit the print button. I have two photo programs and they both do the
same thing.

How much RAM have you got? have you cleared out your Temp and Temp Internet
files recently?

Yes, I have cleared both temp files. The programs worked fine a month ago.
This has just started.

Again, how much RAM do you have? Does the printer work ok with text
files or web pages? How large a file are you trying to print? Are you
running any other programs when you are trying to print these pictures?
Try loading a much smaller size picture and see if you can print it.
