printing problem

My friend has a computer with windows XP (home edition)
installed. She can print from a word processing program
but when she attempts to print from her E-mail on AOL,
she gets a message "library not registered". Her printer
is an HP932C and I have tried using windows driver and
HP's driver to try to fix the problem. Still I get no
printing on her E-mail. Any ideas?

If this is the only thing she can't print, it's probably something to do
with AOL. Has she called them for support?
