printing problem

I have created a form which I have filed in my documents it was created in
power point. I now want to print this document but I would like to print it
so it prints the text and lines in blue. Is this possible since it was drawn
originally in black text and boxes?
 
You will need to edit it an change the "text and lines" to the color you
wish them to print out as.
