Printing Problem

Hi folks,
Using Office Professional 2003

Everything was working fine and then we switched out our server and put a
different one in. All the workstations work fine except one older laptop.
We can't print anything from Access. All the other Office programs seem
okay, but not Access. You go to print something or even preview it, and
nothing happens. The tooltip for the printer icon says "(no printer)".

We are using a printer attached to the server. I have tried adding a new
printer and reinstalling/repairing Office to no avail.

Thanks

Make sure there is a printer driver loaded for that specific printer.

I'm still having problems. The Server where the Printer is attached is
WinServer2003. The workstation that work correctly are XP Pro, but the
laptop that doesn't work properly is a Win2000 Pro operating system. All
running Office 2003. Everything works everywhere EXCEPT printing from
Access on the Win2000 Pro machine. Printing runs through the server. This
worked when the server was a Win2000Server, but we just replaced the server.

More info:
If I set the default printer to "Microsoft Office Document Image Writer" on
the local machine, I can preview a report and then get a print dialog which
allows me to choose the network printer. Then it prints. However, if the
network printer is the default, I can't even get a print dialog to come up,
and the tool tip over the print icon says "(no printer)".
