Printing pics from a power point presentation

D

David Isaacs

If I receive a power point presentation with a series of pictures, can I
print from it? Either individually or all.
If so, How please.
With thanks,
Dave Isaacs.

You can easily print the slides with the pictures on it. If you
double-click the file and it opens up in Slide Show Mode it is a PPS file
and needs to opened differently. What you need to do is to save the
attachment to your hard drive, open PowerPoint, click "File", "Open", browse
to and select your file. There you can click "File", "Print", and select
which (or all) slides to print.
