Printing Page Range

My document has 94 total pages. The first 15 pages have
no page numbers in the footer. On the 16th page I start
page numbering in a footer at page 1. This is really the
16th page in the document. I only need to print page 1
and 2 (the 16th and 17th page in the document). In the
print dialogue box, in page range, I select pages and
insert 1,2 in the box. The printer prints the very first
un numbered page. Try again, this time I put 16,17 in the
page range, pages dialogue box. Now the printer prints
the pages that have 16 and 17 in the footer (the 32nd and
33rd page of the document).

Is there any way I can get the printer to print the 16th
and 17th page in the document using the page range, pages
dialogue box?

One way to do it is to select those 2 pages, then choose "Prin
Selection" in your Print dialogue box (right above where you choos
what pages to print)
