Printing Outlook 2003 Calendar with different timezone

Peng

Hi,

I'm just wondering if there are any ways to print monthly / weekly schedule
with different timezone from Outlook 2003 contact.

We have users who travel to 5 different timezone within a month and he would
like to have a printout Outlook schedule showing different timezone.
Is this possible or if there are any 3rd party solutions.

Love to hear any advise / recommendations.

Cheers,
Peng

add the additional timezone via Tools | Options | Preferences tab ..
Calendar Options button ...
Outlook usually prints with WYSIWYG. I think the timezone only shows in a
few views.

Thanks Bill,

Did try that, but did not work out if I print monthly or if I have more than
2 timezone.
