Timezone issue with Outlook 2003

I wonder if there are an add for Outlook 2003 that can take care of the
problem when I want to schedule a meeting in a different time zone than I
happen to be in. When I eventually get to that timezone I obviously want the
specific meeting to appear correct in time for that particular timezone.

If there was a simple way to select timezone (without having to go in to
Options) when the time is scheduled, that would solve the problems.

Appreciate any help!

You have to use the setting in Tools | Options to see another time zone.

It must be someone out there that have developed an "add-in" so I can select
time zone when the schedule is made. To have to go in to Options and change
time zone before the schedule is made is kind of clumsy!

Why "must" there be such a thing? Just because you need it doesn't mean
someone else has found it profitable and productive to develop, test, and
distribute it. There are tools for doing bulk adjustment when someone
switches time zones, but I haven't seen anything for creating a single
meeting.
