Hello
I have a W2k Srv printserver.
Some users want to print for example 20 pdf files.
They do this by choosing them, right click on them and click print.
The problem is that the documents does not come out in the right order.

First, how does the spooler choose which document it will print out first,
second etc ?

Second, is there a way to be able to print out documents like this, or do
you have to print them one by one to get them in the right order?

regards

No choosing, the spooler prints them as the application sends them.

You can pause the printer, then change the priority of each job

99 prints first, 1 will print last. All jobs get the priority set on the
print queue object, the default is 1.

Select Job, rt click, Properties, change priority.
