Printing or permissions?

Color laser shared on another computer. This setup worked until I created a
new admin account to logon to a new server. The new account was added as
admin but I don't have admin privlege. The print driver is not on the new
account but is still on the computers admin account. I can ping the machine
with the printer attached. Firewalls are off. When I tried to get to the
shared computer it asks for a password.
