I know of no effective way to do that in Word. While you could embed a
customized menu and command set in a Word document that removes Print from
the menu and disables the Print command, this would thwart only the least
sophisticated users.
Even if there *were* a way to do that, the user could still copy the screen
image to the clipboard, paste it into a graphics program, and print the
resulting screen shot.
Impossible! *Anything* you allow your readers to see can be duplicated or
printed. The best you are likely to achieve for practical purposes is to
save as PDF (for which you'll need extra software) with the security options
set to inhibit printing - but even that can be easily worked around by
anyone who knows what he is doing.
