Printing only one Outlook Category (Outlook 2002)

I have contacts with mulitple categories. I would like to print only the
contacts under one category. When I try to print I get all the categories,
all the contacts. I only want the one category printed with the associated
contacts.

Create a view that only shows that category through View-> Current View->
Define Views...

I'm sorry, but it is not intuitive how to do this. There does not seem to be
any selection of any specific categories when I do View>Current View>Define
Views. Is there more to this? It also seems that if I try to modify current
view then all the views change - then I don't know how to go back. Very
confusing.

More steps for you....

once you're at Define Views, New (select Table or whatever way you want to
see the data). OK | Filter | More Choices | Categories | tick the Categories
you want to show in this filtered view.

The OK | OK and rename it if it's still called New View. You can now apply
the view anytime you want. Show your Advanced Toolbars and the Current View
window will say the View you are looking at.
