Help,

I have installed two applications on this PC. Both create 3D views of
certain objects. They are completely different apps though. When I want to
print, the print previews are correct and contain everything but the printed
output has the border, title block but no contents inside the border. One
application is an FEM Design software that creates solid models of structure
and renders the results as coloured diagrams on them. The other is
Memory-Map which does 3D terrain views of maps. I have installed them on a
nearly identical PC and that works fine. I cannot find any leads anywhere on
this problem.

Can anyone help please?

System is, briefly, Win XP SP2. Asus P5GD2 MB with P4 3.2GHz, 2 x 180Gb
HDD's, 2Gb RAM.Browser is IE6.

There are various network printers and virtual pdf printer (PDFFactory Pro).
All printers result in the same problem but all work from the other PC.

The only thing in common, it seems to me are both applications shown
renderings of 3D objects.

It looks to me like the graphics card is the main difference, or could
be. I don't have any solutions, but I suspect the one has layered views
and the print only shows one layer. I don't know anything about the
subject, it was just a thought..

Many thanks for the suggestion. Graphics is an ATI V5100 - I'll follow this
up. Maybe reinstalling drivers will help - I'll have a go...
