Printing not always including To From or Subject

Any guess why some e-mails include the to from and subject and some are not.
I've got a client who says that even though she sees all the header info
when she opens the e-mail, when she prints, it is only priting out the
subject and in others it prints all the info. She'd like to make it print
everything. I'm pretty sure she has Outlook 2003 or at least XP and she
has all the patches for whichever she is running.

Thanks.

Why can't you call PSS? Or, perhaps, why WON'T you call PSS?

I guess I'm worried they'll charge me $275 or whatever the current cost is
to get a fix for a problem with the program.

PSS never charges for hotfixes if that is all you are asking for.

Correct -- I wasn't charged for the fix, and I only have an OEM version of
Windows installed.
