Printing multiple E-Mails with Attachments

Hi,

We're using Office 2003, with Word as our e-mail editor. Our problem is
we've a number of e-mails with attachements that we wish to print-out (inc.
attachments) and everytime we do this the system crashes due to the no. of
times it has to open word to view the attachment and ask for it to be printed.

My question is: Is there anyway you can switch off this review attachment
before printing mechanism, in Outlook 2003 with SP1?, without reverting to
the use of 1/3 party software.

HI Dai,
have you tried to use RTF or Text Format to print out the attachments?
 
Hi Andreas,

The user concerned doesn't use Word as they e-mail editor, it's the
attachments that are in Word. Your answer puzzles me as I've no idea how I
would go about setting up the users Outlook to use RTF or Text Format to
print out the attachments.

Any further information would be helpful.
