Printing attachment icons

We have some users that are asking how they can print the attachment icon
when they print e-mails. When an e-mail contains an attachment, the little
icons appear at the top. When they print the e-mail, sometimes they are not
there, other times they are. Is there a setting for this? Many of our users
would like to have the icons when they print the e-mails. We are using
Office 2003 with Outlook 2003.

The message has to be in plain text format in order for the icons to print.
