According to the Outlook Help, I should be able to print
Multiple Attachments by doing the following steps although
when I try I get an error that I posted below the steps:
1) Highlight the email but do NOT open it
2) Go to File -> Print
3) Under Print Options, Check the "Print attached
files." *** Note - this will print all files to your
default printer.
I tried this earlier when I went into the outlook help. I
ended up with a dialogue box that popped up and said I
must first open the HTML message to print. The option to
print attachments goes away if you open the message.
