Printing message headers with HTML mails in Outlook 2003

Hi experts :)

For some reason I cannot persuade Outlook 2003 to print the message
headers when I'm printing HTML emails that I have forwarded.

I have disabled Word 2003 as the editor, but that didn't work.

I checked the form editor to make sure that the message header fields
were checked for printing. They were.

The message headers print just fine for all other mail, why not for
forwarded HTML mails!

I would be very grateful for any assistance.

Thanks,

Chen.

The steps to print the full message header of a draft message need to happen in this order:

1) Disable Word as the email editor
2) Click Forward to create the forward message
3) Print the forward message

Does that mean that I can't print the headers of forwarded HTML mails
from my 'sent mail' folder? I can only print the headers before I
actually send the mail?

Thanks,

Chen.

No, it doesn't mean that at all. The instructions I provided were for printing draft -- i.e. unsent -- messages when Word is the editor, not for printing messages that have already been sent and stored in the Sent Items folder.

Ah. The problem I am having is with HTML mails in the Sent Items
folder. Any ideas?

Thanks for your help :)

I don't really understand what the symptoms of your particular problem are.
