I have tried to print lists of filenames shown in MY
COMPUTER and have been unsuccessful. I have tried to
highlight and copy and paste in WORD, but it wants to
copy the actual file, not just the filename.

This seems such a simple thing....but I can't figure it
out.

Has anyone here run into this and been successful at it?

Thanks!

There are many file lister programs available for download, just google it.

Iana,

When you copy - paste using My Computer, you will be copying the files
themselves, not the file names.

If you want to print file name lists, use something like Karen's
Directory Printer at
