printing labels mis-aligning

After setting up the right labels document, when printing the labels shift
upwards on the page from that actual position of the labels on the page. Is
there something I'm missing in setting up the document or printing?

This is often caused by the printer's rollers slipping on the label stock.
To see if this might be the cause, print your labels onto plain paper, and
hold that and a sheet of label stock together against a strong light to see
the alignment. If the positions on plain paper are correct, the printer's
paper handling is at fault -- try cleaning the rollers with a pencil eraser.
