only printing part of the document

I have set up some address labels in word 2007. In the "normal" screen I can
see all the names and addresses but when I print or print preview some of the
text is missing. The missing text has a fine dotted line under it in
"normal" mode but if I right click on it it will not give me any option to do
anything with it. Even if I copy and past or completely retype it in a
different label box it still has this fine dotted line (similar to a
mis-spelt word) underneath it and it will not print these words or show up in
print preview. Any suggestions? Thanks

A fine dotted line suggests it is formatted as hidden text. Select the text,
right click and set the font formatting to not hidden

You, lovely person! Perfect! Thank you. Do you know why it might have done
that in the first place?

I'm guessing that at some point someone wanted to print selected labels,
omitting those that are formatted as Hidden.
