Printing labels in MS access 2000

Hi there.

When I base a label report on a query I end up with a number of blank
labels on print preview, even when there are no blank records.

e.g.
correct label, blank, blank, blank, correct label, blank, blank, blank
etc

Ho do I correct this error ?

Mi,
With the information you gave, I can only take a guess...
I take it that you have 4 columns of labels.
Go to PageLayout, and check that you have
"Across then Down" selected instead of "Down then Across"

I manage to solve the problem.

The label size was larger than the page size.

Stupid, I know.
