Printing Jibberish Headers & Footers

Every time I print a web page or print from any explorer
page, the header and footer (which should be displaying
the current web page address) comes out as jibberish
characters such as squares, underscores, chinese-looking
characters and odd symbols. The problem shows up in
print preview. How can I correct this?

Under Menu View/Encoding did you try to change it?
