Headers and footers still appearing even after deleting info in Pa

I am getting headers and footers when I print out a web page inside Explorer
6.0.3. But, under Page Setup the fields for this information is blank. Is
there another place where I need to delete this information?

Please advise.

Make sure the "header" and "footer" values are blank in the registry:

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\PageSetup
