Printing Issue - Prints Vertically and Not Horizontally - Many Pag

Hi There,

Not sure if this is in the correct forum or not, but when I am trying to
print emails from Outlook XP, to a HP4250 it does not print 1 page (document
is only 1 page). It instead prints multiple pages (seen it go up to 20) and
the output is just the email going vertically instead of horizontally. I
have tried deleting the user profile, re-adding printers, re-installing
outlook, upgrading to outlook 2003. But none of this seems to work. Even
went as far as a new computer and still no change.

Any idea's what is happening ? I am killing way too many trees.

Uninstall and reinstall the printer.... correctly.

If you omit Step 4, you will end up reinstalling the older and probably
corrupted drivers.

Hi Cari,

This is a printer on the server. I removed the printer and tried doing it
by TCP (local printer) and using the newly installed software from HP. But
same issue.

Issue has now been resolved. I had to delete a file from the profile - a
outlookprint file.
