Printing issue in Powerpoint

I was e-mailed a presentation in powerpoint for review - when I try to print
a hard copy, I am not able to print the text box area. The title area and
background print, it is only the middle text box area that does not print. I
can view everything in the file. Does anyone know how to fix this? thanks,

Are you printing in black and white or full colour?
