Printing handouts with blank lines

I'm trying to print my presentation handout and add blank lines with a layout
of 4 to a page. I'm finding directions on how to print the handout and add
lines but not change the layout. Please help!

Click File > Print.
Under Print What, select Handouts.
Select 3 slides per page. This will allow you to print slides with blank
lines beside it.
Alternately, you can try out the HandOut Wizard add-in which allows more
flexibility:
