Printing grayscale lines

Jeff Marcellus

Hi, I'm trying to create a drawing in powerpoint with different grayscale
shades of lines to show different things. Unfortunately, every line comes
out black on my laser printer. I can definitely print grayscale as boxes and
other shapes properly reflect their onscreen "color". Does anyone have
suggestions?
Thanks, Jeff

Only real suggestion I have is to do a Save As and append B-W to the back of
the file name so you know it's the Black and White version.

Then go in and actually apply the specific gray colors to the lines. Then in
View/Black and White or View/Grayscale, right-click the lines and choose
"automatic" from the B/W Settings options.
