Printing garbage on Microsoft Outlook 2003

Whenerver printing from MS Outlook 2003, it appear 0.2 on the top left of the
printout.

Printing from other appications is OK.

What could be done on this case?

I have reinstalled the printer driver and reinstall outlook, don't seem to
help

what is the message format? have you checked for headers in outlook's
printing options?
