Printing from the Internet

Hello,

I manage a resource centre and we offer free access to computers. The
problem is clients print off reeems of paper from the Internet which becomes
very costly. Is there a way to configure the computers to prevent people from
printing directly form the Net. Thanks for any suggestions.
 
Have you thought about either uninstalling the printer or making the clients
limited users with no access to the printer?
