Printing from Outlook Express

I have a user with Service Pack 2 installed that when she is in OE and clicks
on File - Print, it is really slow to bring up the Print window so she can
choose her printer. And when I say slow, it's at least a minute. When she
tries to print from Word or Excel she does not have this problem. I don't
have any other SP2 users with this problem. Any suggestions?

Her PC is a:
Dell OptiPlex GX270
2.6 GHz P4
256Mb RAM
Windows XP Pro.

OE uses the IE Print Engine: Does the problem also occur when printing from
IE?

Are the printers on a network?
