Printing From Outlook 2003

Hello,

I have a user who can only intermitently print from outlook 2003, if they select the print option more often then not the computer will hang for a few seconds then nothing will happen. At each occurence a event is created in the event log.

But as you can see its not very descriptive. There was another event created a few hours before hte problem first started.

But I'm unsure if this is related or just a conincidence.
