That is because the web page is wider than your printer
page. You need to set the size of the printed page less
than 100%. Some printer dirvers let you do this, some
don't. You can check if you click File>Print... and then
look at the Properties of your selected printer. Some
web pages also have a Print Friendly button to press that
will center the text for you and remove all the ads and
crud around what you want.
On the menu of your internet explore select file, then
page setup, Change left margin to 0.116 and right margin
0.116 or something of a smaller size. These sizes work
for me. You can test it by print preview
