I have a load of e-mails saved to 2 .pst files on DVD. When I now open MS
Outlook on my home PC it is telling me I do not have the necessary access
rignts. How can I insert these files to my home PC Outlook and open them up?

Copy it to your hard drive and turn off the read-only flag in its Properties dialog.
