Printing from Internet Sites

I can no longer print from internet sites. When I try, my system closes the
internet connection and takes me back to the desktop. Printing works fine
from excel, word, etc. Any suggestions?

First... are you using IE6 or 7?
Second... when did this problem occur?
Third.... have you tried System Restore to go back to the time when you
could print

Look for updated drivers with an updated HP Director software package at
HP's website. They do acknowledge the problem.
