Printing from IE (or Firefox)

I cannot print from IE (or Firefox) using the print button. There's a KB
article which I don't recall the number saying it's a known issue and the
workaround is to print using File > Print. This doesn't work either. I
installed FF on the machine (Win XP SP2) to test that, same behaviour.

Can print without problems from Wordpad etc.

Go to the manuafcturer of the printer's web site and download the latest WinXP printer
driver.
Remove the printer. Reinstall the printer with the latest printer driver you just
downloaded.
