Printing from Advanced Find in Outlook 2007

If I go to Tools - Instant Search - Advanced Find, then choose Appointments
and Meetings in the Look For: dropdown, and select Find Now, then do a Print
or Print Preview, it just displays a blank page with all of the header info,
but none of the meetings. This worked on Outlook 2003, and I've tried
switching to a few different printers to rule out a printer issue. I have
not seen anything on this on the web. The strange thing is that it seems
like it works the first time for a user, but then after that will not. Is
anyone else experiencing this?

It's a bug in 2007. I'm surprised it worked the first time a user tried it.
You can select the list, copy/paste and print from notepad, word, or excel
(use paste special, as text). See

Diane,
Until recently, I have successfully printed customized, sorted Advanced
Search results either the enitre list, or selected items, e. g. 'by month'.
But I started having problems several months ago. We have all recent critial
and recommended updates; and just finished 'restoring Index files' and
defragmenting our HD, without success.

We have heavily relied on MS Outlook as a valuable business tool, for our
Time Cards, and are at a standstill with the current 'bug'. We have printed
rich text files, but they ar too tedious to decifer. We now will try your
helpful suggestion.
Thanks,
